Adding Member Details

Adding Member Details

In Clarinspect you can add the following member details into your reports:

  • Qualification

  • Certificate

  • Job title

  • Phone number

  • Signature

Enter the relevant information in the Members tab and press Save. You will need to contact Clarinspect Support to set the reporting up for you.

Please note: only staff with the role of Admin can edit these fields.

To add a signature, click on the signature tab, and drag the signature jpg into the blue 'drop-zone'. The green tick indicates that a signature has been loaded.

It is always helpful if you enter in a phone number in case Clarinspect needs to get in contact with one of your members.

This can be added by an Admin in the members tab, or otherwise by the user themselves in their profile settings in the top right corner of the hub.
