When staff or contractors are removed from your organisation you can still access their data, but they will no longer be able to see anything to do with your organisation or work.

On the device

  1. Ensure all ‘Active’ work has been ‘Returned to the hub’.

  2. Ensure all ‘Completed’ work has been synced up to the hub.

  3. Remove the User Account from the device.

In the ‘Members’ section in the hub:

Click on 'remove' next to the person you wish to remove.
