When staff or contractors are removed from your organisation you can still access their data, but they will no longer be able to see anything to do with your organisation or work.
There are two parts to removing a member from Clarinspect.
The user needs to clear their work from device
The user can be removed from the organisation on the hub
Before a member is removed from the organisation in the hub, it is important to make sure that they have no inspections left on their device(s).
The member will need to:
Ensure that all inspections have been returned to the hub
Any active / non-complete work can be ‘Returned to Hub’ as ‘Hand back’
Any complete work has been synced back to the hub
Remove the User Account from the device

Once you have confirmed that the person you are removing has completed the steps above, then you can remove them from your organisation.
In the ‘Members’ section in the hub:
Click on 'remove' next to the person you wish to remove.
