Work Package Summary Reports

Work Package Summary Reports are intended to produce a report for a collection of inspections in a Work Package. These are selected by using filters.

You could use these reports to meet compliance reporting needs, e.g. to council who want a single PDF, or to undertake a quality check - you can rapidly scan all the inspections and confirm (say) that the pictures are present, and the floorplan etc.

The reports available will vary depending on your system. Examples are:

  • Install Summary

  • Install Photo Gallery

  • Install Register - simple table

  • Install Register - simple table with photos

  • All Installs Reworked (requires New / Fixed question)

  • Record of Health and Safety requirements

To view the reports available. Click on the Summary Reports tab and then the Available Reports... button.

The Blue ‘Open full report in Tab’ button will open up the same report in a new tab for all inspections that meet the filter criteria.

The Blue downwards arrow to the right of ‘Open full report in Tab’ button gives you the option to add additional texts to the beginning of your document, along with a report author. These additional texts include:

  • Executive Summary

  • Scope of Works

  • Report Notes

  • Exclusions and Limitations

  • Report By

You can use any, all, or none of these additional texts.

You can then choose Print > 'Save as PDF' to get a PDF of the report. If you do choose to print, or print to PDF,  you do not need to wait for the Print Preview before setting page orientation, etc, and clicking the Print button.

Note: Under More settings you can:

  • Change the paper size

  • Customise the margins if needed

  • Untick Headers and footers

  • Tick Background graphics

Note: If the report is a simple table with no images you can copy and paste it into MS Word, or Excel.
