Different Branding on a Work Package
Any images displayed are representative only and may differ depending on the version being used.
For special projects or key clients, you can swap out your usual logo and load in a different one—right inside the work package. It’s a simple way to tailor your reports for this project to have a different Brand Name and Logo.
With Clarinspect you are able to brand reports (individual pdfs and for the work package summary reports) with a different company name and logo. This is a much requested feature for clients who subcontract or enable users from other companies to benefit from using Clarinspect to QA their work.
Note : only Organisation Admins or Workpackage Managers can access the Resources tab to make these changes.
Adding a Different Logo
A different logo will take the place of your usual company logo.
Go to the ‘Resources’ tab on the workpackage.
The Reporting Logo shows the logo which is currently in use.
If you want to change this for this work package:
Click ‘Choose File’ and select the logo file you want.
Customising the Organisation Name
To make sure that the organisation name showing in reports matches the logo in use, you can use the Brand Name field in the WP settings Common Inspection Data. This lets you choose what organisation name appears on the footers of individual reports.
