Changing your Password

Any images displayed are representative only and may differ depending on the version being used.

Your email address and password are used to access both the Hub and the App. You can only change your password from the Hub.

On the Hub

  • Log on to the Hub using your existing email address and password

  • Click on the 'Profile' button in the top right.



  1. On the profile page, enter the new password

  2. Confirm the new password

  3. Enter your current password

  4. Click 'Update'


On the Device

  • Log in with your email address and new password. The App will work as normal.


N.B. If you are currently logged in to the App, you will receive an error message when you try to sync. Enter your new password when prompted, tap ‘GO’  and you will be able to keep using the App as normal.


Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, you must change it from the Hub.


  • On the sign in page, click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link.

  • Enter your email address and click ‘Send me reset password instructions’.

  • Open your email browser and follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
