Clarinspect has a great feature where a person from outside a company can have free read-only access to monitor and view the progress of a project in Clarinspect.
Your email address and the password you set will be your log in for the web console (hub.clarinspect.com).
When you log in you will see a screen like below. You will see the workpackages you have been assigned to. If you see none, then contact the company that invited you and get yourself added to one.
Any images displayed are representative only and may differ depending on the version being used.
If you click on the Work Package title you will see a list view of all of the inspections (or penetrations) on the site.
As a monitor it is best to check the Finished and Active items.
As the field staff sync their data to the cloud you will be able to see all the details and photos at your desk.
You can tap on the title to take you into that inspection record, where you can also download the individual report and photo archive for that entry.
You can also see Work Package Summary Reports. These are intended to produce a report for a collection of inspections in a Work Package, and can be selected by using filters. To view the reports available, click the Summary Reports tab, and then click on the Reports Available button. Click here for more information on Work Package Summary Reports.
Navigating Site Plans
This section is used to choose what is shown on the selected drawing.
If you choose to filter using the date field, you do not need to set both dates. If you set only the ‘from date’ then you get all work completed since that date.
This section enables the user to locate a specific text balloon (inspection / feature).
The text balloons available to search through are filtered by the choices under Filters.
You can further filter the list by searching on the balloon text.
Click the entry in the ‘Find Text Balloons’ list to bring that text balloon into view. The text balloon and the pointer will also be highlighted for you.
By default if you click on an entry in the list, the drawing will pan to bring the pointer tip into view (i.e the thing being pointed at).
Similarly if you click on a text balloon or point on the drawing, this will highlight the entry in the Find text Balloons list.
You can click on the blue icon to open a new tab to look at the record for a specific item.
If the text balloon was linked to a subform (e.g. a scoped item on a survey, or a defect on an Inspection) then the survey will open and the inspection will scroll to the specific feature.
