Resetting your password on the Hub
This is for when you have forgotten your password. This guide is to help you when you have forgotten your password and need to reset it.
From the Hub login screen, click ‘Forgot password?’

Type in your email address, then click on the blue bar ‘Send me reset password instructions’.
This will send an email to your inbox which will allow you to reset your password.
If an email doesn’t show up, click ‘Didn’t receive confirmation instructions?’ which will resend the email.

Clicking the link in the email will send you to the ‘Change your password’ screen on the Hub

Once you click ‘Change my password’, you will be logged in to the Hub.


Note: If you change your password on the hub you will be able to continue working on the app as usual without having to sign back in. |
