Know Your Statuses - Hub

The Clarinspect Hub uses a number of different coloured icons to instantly show you the status information within Work Packages. This guide will describe what they all mean so you can understand the status of each inspection at a glance.

Icons inside a Work Package


Inside your Work Package, the status of individual inspections will be indicated by icons in 2 columns. 





These are the icons you may see in the first column:


Inspection Finished (report has been produced)

Inspection active - on the App or able to be fetched to the App

Inspection is reporting - the report is being produced, it won’t be long

Inspection draft

Inspection pending approval

Inspection approved



There are further icons/badges that could turn up in various combinations in the ‘status’ column.

Inspection is in draft form on the Hub

Inspection has been finished

Inspection is reporting - the report is being produced, it won’t be long

Indicates the inspection is linked to another inspection

‘On app’ icon. Indicates inspection has been synced to the App. Inspections on the App can not be edited on the Hub until they are completed/returned to the Hub by the assigned user. If you see this and need to EDIT that inspection, please call the person and tell them to return to the Hub.

Photo count pie-chart. This shows that the inspection is waiting for photos to be uploaded from the app to the Hub. If you hover your mouse over the pie chart, you will see a pop up of how many photos are still uploading. Re-sync your app to pull them through.
