Know Your Statuses - Hub

The Clarinspect Hub uses a number of different coloured icons to instantly show you the status information within Work Packages. This guide will describe what they all mean so you can understand the status of each inspection at a glance.

Icons inside a Work Package

Inside your Work Package, the status of individual inspections is indicated by icons in 2 columns. 

Any images displayed are representative only and may differ depending on the version being used. 

  1. Icons in this column indicate the general state of the inspection

  1. Icons in this column provide more detailed information about the inspections


These are the icons you may see in the first column:


Inspection Complete (report has been produced)

Inspection active - on the App or able to be fetched to the App

Inspection pending - waiting for photo(s). This shows that the inspection is waiting for photos to be uploaded from the app to the Hub. If you hover your mouse over the orange icon you will see a pop up of how many photos are still uploading. Re-sync your app to pull them through.

‘On app’ icon. Indicates inspection has been synced to the App. Inspections on the App can not be edited on the Hub until they are completed/returned to the Hub by the assigned user. If you see this and need to EDIT that inspection, please call the person and tell them to return to the Hub.

Inspection is reporting - the report is being produced, it won’t be long

Inspection approved


There are further icons/badges that could turn up in various combinations in the second column.


Indicates the inspection is linked to another inspection

Reports available

Review - inspection is tagged for review once finished (cannot be reviewed yet)

Ready for review

Review passed

Approval pending

Approved

You are not an approver for this type of inspection
