Exporting Data from the hub
This brief guide is to step you through exporting data out of the hub.
You can export your data as a .zip file with all photos and data, or as a .xlsx Excel file.
Step 1: Find your data
Log onto the hub (hub.clarinspect.com).
In the Hub go to the Work Package with the inspections you would like to extract the data from. Note inspections MUST be in either of the following states:
Step 2: Export your data
Export as xlsx all inspections you would like to bulk update. Note, The ‘Export All…’ button is only available for staff in ‘Admin’ and ‘User’ roles.
You can also use the filters column on the right hand side to filter down to the inspections you would like to export, press apply, and then Choose action “Export all…”

The link to the exported data will appear here.

Step 3: Data exported
This is what the output will look like:
Note: The excel spreadsheet will have different ‘Work Sheets’ available. These represent the different subforms from the inspection, and will hold the data from each item added to these. You can not edit these.
