How to Optimise your Cover Page

How to Optimise your Cover Page

Summary Report Cover Pages are automated for our Passive Fire clients.  These can be optimised to better suit your requirements.

Cover Page Layout

This defaults to the Clarinspect / Fire QA logo. To edit this, go to the Resources tab of your work package on the Clarinspect Hub, and add your logo.

Note: If you are on a smaller screen you may not be able to see the left menu.  Read this guide to find out how to bring it up

  1. Report Title

The report title is set in the background, but can be customised.

A custom report title can be added in the Additional Texts box, found through the Summary Reports tab. Click on the small white arrow beside the  ‘Download as PDF’ button.

See Work Package Summary Reports for more details.
  1. Cover Photo

If you wish to include a cover photo, you must add it under the Resources tab, below the Reporting Logo.

Note there are size limitations on this image - JPG, PNG files no larger than 300kb and 500px by 500px.

See Resizing an image for more information.

  1. Building name

  2. Site Address

  3. Client Name

  4. Project Reference.

These are found in Work Package Data, under the Settings tab.

  1. Prepared By

This is an optional field. If you wish to include this on your report cover, you must fill in the ‘Report By’ field found in Additional texts. This is found below ‘Report Title’.

NOTE: if any of the above fields are left blank, then they will not appear on the Cover Page.
