This guide shows you how you can choose which Drawings in each Drawing Set are required to be used on a Work Package and what order they appear in.
Work Package Settings
There is a new button next to the Drawings Sets chosen.

Note: If you do not see this, then ask Clarinspect to enable it for you. |
Click the button to access the next screen

Modifying the Drawings in Use
Choose which are to be used

Once you have chosen them, click on Save.
The choice of which Drawings are available is specific to this Work Package and does not affect any others.
Choose the order of the Drawings

Note: The order you save is applied to that Drawing Set. Anyone who uses that Drawing Set (on any Work Package) will use the order you save. |
When you have finished
Either Save your changes, or Cancel them. To return to the Main Settings for the Work Package, click on the Main Settings button.
Whenever you update settings the team in the field will need to make sure they sync their devices to pick up the changes immediately. |
