Using Document Groups

Using Document Groups

Clarinspect's Documents feature uses Groups as a filing system to categorise and sort documents within the Library. There are a number of default group categories pre loaded into the feature. These can be added to and edited as required. The filing system is designed to make it quicker and easier to organise documents that may be needed across work packages. The library of Documents can be filtered by group to find documents quickly and easily.

Groups page

Shown below are the pre-loaded group categories. Each has a Label and a Description that are editable to suit your purposes. You can also add new groups to suit your business. The list order can be changed at any stage by clicking on and dragging the ‘two line’ icon to the left of the group.
