Adding Technical Support Documents for Passive Fire

The steps are the same as loading Drawing Sets into the hub (found in the Loading Drawing Sets guide). It is recommended to load Data Sheets that are specific to a project. You may have a number of Drawing Sets based on the number of different ‘Manufacturers products’ you use. i.e.

When loading Data sheets into the hub:

Drawing Name: is the name of the solution ie. 3M Mouldable Putty Concrete Floor Blank Seal; SL Collar to HVAC bundle 16mm FR plasterboard ceiling (V17.9)

Version Name: is the test report reference i.e. RIR FCO-3200; FRT 190272 / 21SFR00057.

These fields will automatically come into the individual install record, summary reports and linked excel spreadsheet.

You can also add the Data Sheets details into the lists. The fields are as follows:

Solution Test Report Reference: is the test report reference i.e. RIR FCO-3200; FRT 190272 / 21SFR00057

Solution Description: is the name of the solution i.e. 3M Mouldable Putty Concrete Floor Blank Seal; SL Collar to HVAC bundle 16mm FR plasterboard ceiling (V17.9)

You can filter down to choose specific Drawings to appear in a Work Package.  This information is found in Managing Drawing on a Work Package.

To access and use drawing sets in the app, check out this guide.
