Creating a Nice Signature

Creating a Nice Signature

Any images displayed are representative only and may differ depending on the version being used.

Step 1:  Write your signature

Find a blank piece of paper and add your signature to it, nice and big.

Step 2: Upload to a computer

From here you are going to want to take a picture of the signature with your phone or another device.

You are going to want to upload this to your computer. You can do this by connecting your phone to the computer or emailing it to your computer.

To email it, just send an email from your phone and use the Attach function, and attach the photo you took of the signature.

Step 3: Removing the background

Once you have the image on a computer you are going to want to find a way to remove the background of the image leaving the signature.

You can use a number of different online or desktop image editing tools, such as:

Step 4: Save and resize

Once the background has been removed and just the signature remains, save this as a png file.

Then you need to make sure that this is the right size for the Clarinspect system. (Signature size)

Check out this guide to see how you can resize an image.

Step 5: Uploading your signature

To add a signature, click on the signature tab, and drag the signature jpg into the blue 'drop-zone'. The green tick indicates that a signature has been loaded.
