Add a New Member of Staff

Start by opening the Members screen.



This screen allows you to invite new members and choose their role. The staff roles are Admin, User, and Assessor. If you have an external (read only) account you want to add - use the Monitor role.

Member Types

Assessor

Can do work that is assigned to them. Can select unassigned work to do, and can un-assign work from themselves. Can export and report on all work in their Work Package.

User

Can do all that the Assessor can.

Can manage their own work - duplicate a Work Package, activate and complete a Work Package. Can load new work, can archive their own work and that of others. Can edit the Work Package data, but not the assignment or template.

A user can fetch any finished inspections from the app from a workpackage they belong to, whether done by themselves or by another staff member.

Organisation Admin ("Admin")

Can do all that the User can, and can also change the role of organisation members. Can assign and re-assign between assessors. Can create an entirely new Work Package, and can fully edit existing Work Packages.

Monitor

A Monitor is someone who can view all work in progress within a specific Work Package. They can view the details and access finalised reports for that piece of work. They can not edit any details.

The people you have invited will receive an email. They need to click on the Accept invitation link.


Only staff with the role of Admin can edit the fields on members such as qualifications, certificates, job title etc. Note these will not appear in reports unless this has been set up by Clarinspect.


It is always helpful if you enter in a contact number in case Clarinspect needs to get in contact with one of your members to provide support.


To add details such as the Job title and Certifications, please get in touch if they are not in your report template already.

Add a Signature

To add a signature, click on the signature tab, and drag the signature jpeg or PNG file into the blue 'drop-zone'.


The green tick indicates that a signature has been loaded.
