The Clarinspect App uses a number of different coloured icons to instantly show you the status information within Work Packages. This guide will describe what they all mean so you can understand the status of each
inspection at a glance.
Android App:
Icons in Work Package List

| The number in the green dot indicates how many current inspections are in that work package - Active and on the device. |

Inside a Work Package, the status of individual inspections are indicated by the icons detailed below.
My Work
These are the icons you may see in the ‘My Work’ tab, whether it is ‘ON DEVICE’ or ‘SENT TO HUB’.
Note, some of these change quickly during the sync process.

| Inspection is active on the App. Yet to be completed or validated. |

| Inspection is returning to Hub. |

| Inspection has been returned to Hub. It can no longer be accessed on the App. |

| Inspection is valid. This means that it has no validation errors, but has not been ‘Completed’ yet. |

| Inspection completed, and still on the device. |

| Inspection has been successfully sent and is no longer active on the app. It can be viewed and copied, but not edited on the app. |

| Sync in progress - currently uploading it. |

Available work pool
Inspections available to fetch are colour coded by status. They are indicated by the following icons:

Inside an inspection
When you attempt to ‘Complete’ or ‘Validate’ an incomplete inspection, you will see a temporary pop up.

This means that there are incomplete mandatory field(s) in the inspection which must be filled in.
Any field requiring completion will be indicated with a red exclamation mark icon, and a written description of the issue.

Inside an inspection
When you attempt to complete an incomplete inspection, you will get an error message.
Error message (temporary) |  |
This means that there are incomplete mandatory field(s) in the inspection which must be filled in.
Any field requiring completion will be indicated with a red exclamation mark icon, and a written description of the issue.
