Returning Work to the Hub

Returning Work to the Hub

In some situations the person working in the field wants to return work from the App to the Hub.

You can do this without having to mark the work as Complete

You can return the work in two ways:

Hand Back : this returns the inspection to the hub active and unassigned so someone else can pick it up to work on.

For Editing : this returns the inspection to the hub in draft form and still assigned to you, so that you can continue working on it from the hub.

If a colleague wants access to something you have on your device you must return it to the hub.

They can then download it using the Available menu on Android, or the Work Pool menu on iOS. For more information on selecting work from the app, please read our Select New Work from the Hub user guide.
