Sync Options (Android)

Sync Options (Android)

There are some key settings in the App that allow you to alter how sync works.

Background Sync Time

The app auto syncs inspections in the background. You can choose the time in between these auto syncs.

Complete All

NOTE: complete all will only complete inspections where the mandatory fields are filled in

Completed inspections will go from the ‘TO SEND’ column to the ‘SENT TO HUB’ column after manually syncing or after an automatic sync. How long it takes to be sent to the hub with an automatic sync depends on your sync settings.

Sync Rules

Inspections that are complete or 'Return to Hub' cannot be edited whilst they are syncing.

Items syncing have a sync icon.

Once a sync is in progress you cannot start another.

This means that if you 'Complete All and Sync' in one Work Package you will have to wait for it to finish before you can sync another Work Package, or all work in general.
